Applications

Single girder gantry crane is mainly consisted of gantry frame, i.e. main single girder, legs, bottom end beams, lifting mechanism, travelling mechanism, and electrical control. It can be designed with one, two or no hanging arm according to clients’ lifting requirements and application environment. Whihc is designed for general material handling , which is frequently used at open ground, warehouse, ports, granite industry, cement pipe industry, open yard, container depots and shipyards, etc. However, it is forbidden to handle melt metal, inflammable, or explosive objects.

Features

• The structure of main girder is triangular truss, which strengthens the whole structure, lightens the weight, and enhances wind resistance. Wind resistance is class 6, non-working wind resistance is 11;
• Thermal expansion seamless steel legs are jointing with (or truss legs) and the main girder, ground girder by the bolt or pin connections. Stable structure, easy installation and removal.
• The design and manufacture of the truss crannies to meet the national requirements of rules and standards which is effective currently and the need for using under special meteorological conditions.
• It’s environmental machine, which complies with environmental requirements relevant laws and regulations;
• Both main and auxiliary legs can be dismantled so as to transport conveniently and save cost on shipping.
• The truss crane can adopt ground control or cab control.
